Regulator or Attorney General enforcement
The Arizona Department of Gaming has issued several rounds of cease-and-desist orders since 2025 to unlicensed online operators including 'sweepstakes' casinos, and says promoting or benefiting from gambling is illegal in Arizona unless an exception applies.
