What Florida's law says
Regulator or Attorney General enforcement
On 19 August 2026 the Florida Attorney General sued VGW (Chumba, LuckyLand, Global Poker) and Stake, plus their payment processors, calling sweepstakes casinos illegal online gambling; bills on internet gambling died in both 2025 and 2026.
