What Michigan's law says

The Michigan Gaming Control Board treats sweepstakes casinos as unlicensed internet gaming: it sent cease-and-desist letters to Stake.us and VGW in late 2023, and the Attorney General shut down Golden Hearts Games' Michigan operations in 2023.
