What Washington's law says

Washington has no sweepstakes-casino statute, but all online gambling is illegal (knowingly transmitting gambling information is a class C felony), the Gambling Commission says virtual-currency casino games are 'likely to constitute illegal gambling', and the Attorney General sued social-casino app makers in February 2026.
