Chino review: the short answer
Chino is a live sweepstakes casino operated by InspireCore US Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its Sweeps Coins are redeemable for prize redemptions. That structure and the company’s stated Delaware registration and governing law are the two reasons it checks out as a real operation.
It suits players in the states where Chino accepts sign-ups who want free Sweeps Coins at registration and a simple redemption path. Sweepstakes casinos are for adults 21+. Only spend what you can afford, and take a break if it stops being fun. Help is available at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).
Is Chino legit?
Chino is legit based on its own terms, which name a real company, a Delaware address, and current sweepstakes rules. The operator is InspireCore US Inc., a Delaware corporation with a mail-in address at 200 Continental Drive, Suite 401, Newark, Delaware 19713.
The same company also runs Jumbo88, whose Terms of Use name InspireCore US Inc. as operator. Chino’s Terms of Use were last updated 7/21/2026, its Sweepstakes Rules took effect September 24, 2026, its Bonus Terms took effect 10/15/2026, and its Privacy Policy was last updated April 1st, 2026.
Chino claims no license. Its FAQ says the games use certified RNGs, but it does not name the certifier. We have not yet checked Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau for Chino, so those figures are not yet known. We have not yet searched court or regulator records either, so any lawsuits or regulator letters are not yet known. This is information, not legal advice.
How do Chino redemptions work?
You redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes once you hold at least 100 SC, and only SC won through gameplay qualify. Redemptions go by ACH bank transfer or push-to-card to a debit card. Gift cards are not offered.
Sweeps Coins from any collection method carry a 1x playthrough before they can be redeemed. Promotional SC carry an offer-specific multiplier shown in each offer’s terms. Game contribution varies: most slots count 100%, some listed slots and Originals count 50% or 25%, table games count 10%, and live games count 0%.
Chino says it aims to process redemptions within 24 hours after identity verification, with funds typically arriving in 1 to 3 business days. Prizes of $500 or more, or any extra verification, may take longer but no more than 30 days from approval. Available methods depend on your location. Its redemption page has the full detail.
What’s good and what’s not
Good:
- Free starter package of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins at registration, no code needed.
- A real mail-in entry: 1 SC per request, one per envelope, mailed from your verified state.
- Straightforward redemption methods with stated processing targets.
- Terms and rules updated recently, with clear effective dates.
Not so good:
- No gift card redemption option, only ACH and push-to-card.
- The operator reserves the right to charge handling or payment processing fees, with no specific fee stated.
- Accounts go dormant after 60 consecutive days without game play, and Virtual Coins expire on dormancy.
- Amounts for the free starter package and first-purchase bonus are not stated publicly.
- No app listing found on Google Play or the App Store as of our check in October 2026.
Where can you play Chino?
Chino does not accept players in 18 states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia. It also does not accept players outside the US.
That count comes from the casino’s own list, checked October 2026. The same 18 states are barred from all access, not only Sweeps Coins play. Casinos change the states they accept. Check the casino’s own terms before you sign up. The states page has the full list.
