Is Jackpota legit?
Based on its published terms, Jackpota looks like a real, operating sweepstakes casino. The company behind it is Silver Social Operations Limited, registered in the Isle of Man under number 021651V, and it acts as the sweepstakes sponsor. Jackpota’s terms are current: the Terms of Service v2.6 updated July 30, 2026, and Sweepstakes Rules v2.0 updated October 15, 2026.
One oddity: the rules and home page list the company address as 18-20 North Quay, while the terms say 34 Hope Street. That mismatch is worth noting.
We have not yet checked Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau for Jackpota, and we have not searched court or regulator records. So we cannot confirm or rule out lawsuits or regulator letters.
How do Jackpota redemptions work?
Sweeps Coins become prizes at Jackpota once you meet the minimum. Bank prizes need 75 SC; gift cards need 10 SC. One Sweeps Coin is worth $1 at redemption.
You must play through your SC once before redeeming. That is a 1x playthrough, which is low.
Jackpota says it processes redemptions as soon as practicable, up to 10 days. Amounts over $2,500 may take longer. You redeem to a bank account in your own name or to a gift card. Its redemption page has the full detail.
