Based on its published terms, SweepShark looks like a real operation, because a named US company runs it and publishes its rules.
The company behind it is UTech Solutions LLC, registered in Wyoming at 571 S Washington, Afton, Wyoming 83110. Its correspondence address is 5830 East 2nd St. PMB 92769, Casper, WY 82609. UTech also runs FireSevens, Mr Goodwin, and VegasWay, and Playtana lists the same Casper correspondence address.
The Terms of Use, version 2.0, were last updated February 27, 2026. The sweepstakes rules, published as the Play Through Policy page, carry no date or version number.

How do SweepShark redemptions work?
Sweeps Coins turn into prizes at 1 SC equal to US$1 in prize value. You need 25 SC to redeem, which equals US$25.

SweepShark says processing takes up to 30 days. Prizes of US$600 or more may take longer and can be split across multiple shipments. The sponsor also reserves the right to charge handling or processing fees.
