According to its help pages, checked September 2026, Elite and Platinum members get processing the same business day. Gold members get next business day. Everyone else gets within 3 business days.
After processing, delivery time depends on the method you pick. Skrill takes up to 24 business hours. Trustly can take 3 to 5 business days if it is not instant. Prizeout is typically instant, up to 24 hours. MassPay takes 1 to 2 business days.

WOW Vegas redemption rules: minimum, rate, playthrough, methods, limits and fees
The minimum for a cash redemption is 50 SC, per WOW Vegas’s help pages checked September 2026. Gift cards through Prizeout start at 20 SC.
The methods it lists are Skrill, Trustly online banking, MassPay, and Prizeout gift cards. These are for US players.
There is a cap on how much you can have pending at once: 10,000 SC maximum for redemption at any one time.
One gap in the sources we checked: We could not find what one Sweeps Coin is worth when redeemed, in its terms or help centre, checked September 2026.
Playthrough is another gap. The public terms and help centre do not state whether you must play Sweeps Coins through before redeeming. The SC Game Rules need a login to read, and they are not public.
Fees are another gap in the sources we checked. We could not find any redemption fee listed in the help pages, checked September 2026.
How to cash out on WOW Vegas, step by step
- Verify your account. WOW Vegas requires full verification before any redemption.
- Play through any Sweeps Coins if the casino requires it. We could not find this rule in the public terms, so check the SC Game Rules after you sign in.
- Reach the minimum. That is 50 SC for cash, or 20 SC for a gift card.
- Pick a method from the list: Skrill, Trustly, MassPay, or Prizeout gift cards.
- Wait the stated time. Processing runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding federal holidays. Delivery time then depends on your method.
WOW Vegas verification: when it asks for ID and what it wants
WOW Vegas asks you to verify your identity before any redemption. Your account must be fully verified or it will not process a request.
The documents it lists, from its help pages checked September 2026, are:
- A liveness selfie check
- A photo ID, front and back, with all four corners visible, name readable, and date of birth readable
You must also be at least 18, or the higher legal age of majority where that applies.
Why a WOW Vegas redemption gets stuck or rejected
A few reasons follow straight from the casino’s own terms.
Your account is not verified. Verification is required before any redemption.
Account inactivity may affect your balance. WOW Vegas says WOW Coins are valid 60 days from receipt, and an account goes Inactive after 60 days without a login. Its public terms speak only of WOW Coins. SC expiry would sit in the SC Game Rules, which need a login.
You are below the minimum. That is 50 SC for cash or 20 SC for gift cards.
You are over the pending cap. More than 10,000 SC pending at once is not allowed.
You are in a state it does not serve, or you are under 18.
If your redemption is stuck, reach support at support@wowvegas.com or complaints@wowvegas.com. There is also a help centre at help.wowvegas.com with a messenger. The casino claims support runs 24/7, though redemptions themselves are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
