WOW Vegas review: the short answer
WOW Vegas is operating now. Its terms version 9.0 was published July 23, 2026. It does not claim any license or certification, and it lists seven dated items in the public record, three regulator letters and four federal cases. It suits players who want free Sweeps Coins at sign-up and a mail-in entry with no purchase necessary. It also has a wide list of US states where Sweeps Coins play is allowed.
Is WOW Vegas legit?
Its own documents and the public record show a live sweepstakes casino. MW Services Limited runs it, registered in Gibraltar at 5-9 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. Support and payments are handled by WOWCOM Services Inc in Delaware. The company claims no license or certification. Trustpilot shows a 4.3 out of 5 score with 16,705 reviews, checked September 2026; the casino replied to 51% of negative reviews. A Better Business Bureau rating is not yet known.
The public record includes seven items. The Illinois Gaming Board sent a cease-and-desist letter dated February 4, 2026, alleging an illegal online casino; the outcome is not verified. The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency sent a letter dated June 3, 2025; Maryland is now restricted from Sweeps Coins play. The Tennessee Attorney General named WOW Vegas in a list of almost forty sweepstakes casinos in a press release dated December 29, 2025. The current status is not known. Four federal civil cases have been reported: Wieseman, filed July 23, 2025; Mayhone, filed July 30, 2025; Boucher, filed September 26, 2025; and Mundy, filed July 21, 2026. All are open with no termination date. There may be others we did not find. A parent company or sister casinos are not yet known.
How do WOW Vegas redemptions work?
Sweeps Coins become prizes once you reach the minimums. The standard minimum is 50 Sweeps Coins; gift cards through Prizeout start at 20 Sweeps Coins. Processing depends on VIP level: Elite and Platinum are same business day, Gold next business day, and all lower levels within 3 business days. Delivery then varies: Skrill up to 24 business hours, Trustly 3 to 5 business days if not instant, Prizeout typically instant, MassPay 1 to 2 business days. Redemptions are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding federal holidays. The redemption guide has the full detail. A playthrough requirement or any redemption fees in the public pages are not yet known.

Where can you play WOW Vegas?
WOW Vegas does not accept registration in Idaho, Nevada or Washington, per its help pages checked September 2026. Sweeps Coins play is also restricted in Michigan, Montana, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, California, Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, Maine and Quebec, where Gold Coins play only is allowed.
