RealPrize review: the short answer
RealPrize is legit in the sense that it operates, is registered in Delaware, and states redemption rules in writing. It is not clean, the BBB rate is F and several regulators have written to it.
It suits players who want free Sweeps Coins, daily logins and gift-card redemptions, and who will check the current state list before signing up.
Is RealPrize legit?
RealPrize is a real, operating casino based on a registered Delaware company and written terms, but it carries an F BBB rating and seven dated items whose outcomes are not yet known.
Realplay Tech Inc. runs it, registered at 8 The Green #15134, Dover, Delaware 19901, with affiliates Realplay Ltd., Realplay (EU) Limited and Clearline Innovations Ltd. Its sister casino is LoneStar Casino. The iOS app was updated August 12, 2026, and the Promotional Play Rules were revised August 21, 2026, so it is operating.
Trustpilot showed 4.2 out of 5 across 24,216 reviews, with 67% five-star and 8% one-star; RealPrize claimed the profile in January 2024 and replies to 92% of negative reviews. The Better Business Bureau rates Realplay Tech Inc. F, not accredited, with 186 complaints closed in three years and 29 reviews.
We counted seven dated items. Illinois Gaming Board sent a cease-and-desist letter February 4, 2026; outcome not verified. Maryland’s lottery commission posted a cease-and-desist letter December 19, 2025; response not known. The Tennessee AG named RealPrize in a December 29, 2025 press release; we do not know the current status. New York’s AG named it among 26 casinos on June 6, 2025. Three federal cases are open: Khinoo v. Realplay Tech Inc. (C.D. Cal., filed January 30, 2026), Clark v. RealPlay Tech Inc. (S.D. Ill., filed October 14, 2025) and Pilati v. Realplay Tech Inc. (N.D. Ala., filed July 18, 2025). These are claims, not findings. We could not find a launch year, licenses or a stated value per Sweeps Coin.
How do RealPrize redemptions work?
Sweeps Coins become prizes at a 100 USD minimum, or 45 USD for gift cards. You must play through 1x, and the casino may require more at its discretion. RealPrize does not state a processing time, only that redemptions of USD 2,500 or more may take longer. Our redemption guide has the full detail.
What’s good and what’s not
Good: free Sweeps Coins for signing up and logging in within three days; a daily login bonus once per 24 hours; a mail-in entry with no purchase necessary, one Sweeps Coin per handwritten request to PO BOX 9303, Manchester, NH 03108, credited within up to 20 days; an iPhone app rated 4.5 from 6,953 ratings.
Not good: no stated redemption timing; no stated value per Sweeps Coin; coins expire after 60 days of no game play and the account may be closed; the casino may charge processing fees as notified on site; an F BBB rating; and the state lists in its own documents disagree.
Where can you play RealPrize?
RealPrize does not accept players in 14 states per its newer Promotional Play Rules, checked September 2026. Its older Terms of Use still list seven, so treat the 14-state list as current. The states page has the full list. Casinos change the states they accept. Check the casino’s own terms before you sign up.
