SpinQuest is run by Social Gaming Room LLC, a company registered in Sacramento, California, which gives it a verifiable address and legal name. Its terms set a low 50 Sweeps Coin minimum for prize redemptions, which is easy to reach.
We still rate it cautiously. The Trustpilot score is 2.6 out of 5 and the Better Business Bureau shows an F rating, so the company’s track record with complaints is weak. It suits players who want a free sweepstakes casino with no purchase required and do not mind checking details twice.
Is SpinQuest legit?
Based on its registered company and written terms, SpinQuest is a real sweepstakes casino, but its reputation is shaky. The Sweepstakes Rules name Social Gaming Room LLC at 1401 21st ST STE R, Sacramento, CA 95811 as the sponsor and promoter. The company is registered in California, while the Rules say they are governed by Delaware law.
The terms were last updated June 12, 2025. The Sweepstakes Rules page carries no date or version. No license or regulator is named anywhere in either document.

How do SpinQuest redemptions work?
Sweeps Coins turn into prizes at a minimum of 50 SC, and the same threshold covers gift cards. One Sweeps Coin is worth 1 USD when redeemed. Sweep Coins must be played at least once before redemption, a 1x playthrough.
The casino says redemptions are processed no more than 10 days after you request them, counting calendar days. Its own documents disagree: the Terms say up to 10 business days. The Rules say no more than 10 days. We could not resolve that mismatch from the written terms.
The terms do not list redemption methods. They mention direct bank transfer in USD, cryptocurrency and gift cards, and say the full list is identified on the website. The public site shows no redemption page to logged-out visitors. The redemption guide has the full detail.

SpinQuest does not accept players in Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Louisiana, Maine, Indiana or Tennessee, plus Washington and Quebec. The Rules list 12 states; the Terms list 9, with Maine, Indiana and Tennessee appearing only in the Rules. We counted 9 from the casino’s own list as of September 2026.
