WWBT reported Sunflower Limited is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, with the Virginia PO box. We could not confirm a US registration.
The US Terms of Service v4.1 name no license or regulator. Trustpilot shows 4.6 out of 5, Excellent, from 316,313 reviews, 84% five-star. The Better Business Bureau gives it an F rating, not accredited, with 430 complaints closed in three years and 512 customer reviews. BBB ratings reflect complaint handling, not legality.
Three dated items stand out. Maryland’s Lottery and Gaming Control Agency sent a cease-and-desist letter to Sunflower Limited d/b/a Crown Coins Casino on 3 June 2025; the help center did not list Maryland as restricted as of 3 August 2026. A federal class action, Bargo v. Apple Inc. et al., names Sunflower Ltd. d/b/a CrownCoins Casino in D. New Jersey, filed 27 November 2024; we do not know its current status. WWBT reported class actions in New Jersey, Utah and Ohio, plus cease-and-desist notices from Maryland and Illinois; we have not read those court or regulator pages.
The value of one Sweeps Coin when redeemed, and any playthrough requirement, are not yet known. Terms v4.1 cover Crown Coins only and never mention Sweeps Coins.
How do Crown Coins redemptions work?
You redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes once you have at least 50 SC on a fully verified, primary account. There is no gift-card redemption. Methods are IBT or ACH bank transfer to a US bank account in your name, Skrill, or a prepaid virtual card. Chime works via IBT. PayPal, Venmo and other app or fintech accounts are generally not supported.
