The minimum for a cash redemption is 100 SC, worth US$100. Chumba’s terms showed this when we checked in September 2026. We could not find a minimum for gift cards in those terms.

Chumba’s terms showed that 1 SC equals US$1 when redeemed, when we checked in September 2026. That applies to SC won through game play.

You must play your Sweeps Coins through once before redeeming. Chumba’s terms say it may require up to 20x playthrough at its discretion.

Redemptions go two ways. Gift cards are sent to your registered email. Cash goes to the payment medium linked to your account, a nominated bank account or online wallet in your name.

Limits run at US$10,000 per day, at Chumba’s discretion. You can request one redemption per account per 24 hours. Florida players face a US$5,000 cap per single spin or play.

We found no redemption fee stated in Chumba’s terms. They reserve the right to charge fees later. You bear any bank or foreign exchange fees.

How to cash out on Chumba, step by step

1. Verify your account if Chumba asks. Your redemption stays pending until its checks complete.

Chumba asks you to verify your identity before a redemption is released. Its terms say requests stay pending until the checks finish. Enhanced checks apply to redemptions over US$2,000, whether single or cumulative.

The documents it lists are a photo ID such as a passport, proof of address such as a utility bill, and source of wealth or funds such as a payslip or bank statement. You have 30 days to supply them.

Why a Chumba redemption gets stuck or rejected

A redemption can stall for reasons in Chumba’s own terms. Your account may be unverified. Your playthrough may not be met. Your balance may sit below the 100 SC minimum. A request may exceed the daily or 24-hour limits. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after your last login, and an account marked inactive after 12 consecutive months without login may be closed. Chumba also does not serve every state.
